Bacterial conjunctivitis, also known as pink eye is a bacterial eye infection affecting the conjunctiva (a clear tissue covering the white part of your eyeball and lines the eyelid). This infection can easily spread by direct or indirect contact with an infected person. Moxicip 0.5% Ointment is used in the treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis.
