Uses
- Upper Respiratory Tract Infection
This medicine is used for the treatment of acute infections of the upper respiratory tract such as pharyngitis, sinusitis, etc. caused by bacteria such as Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, etc.
- Lower Respiratory Tract Infection
This medicine is used for the treatment of acute infections of the lower respiratory tract such bronchitis, pneumonia etc., caused by bacteria such as Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, etc.
- Typhoid fever
This medicine is used for the treatment of typhoid fever (enteric fever), a disease characterized by symptoms such as a high fever, loss of appetite, constipation, diarrhea, vomiting, etc.
