Use

  • Ear Infection (Otitis Media)

This medicine is used in the treatment of otitis media (middle ear infection) caused by bacteria such as Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, staphylococci, Streptococcus pyogenes, etc.

  • Pharyngitis

This medicine is used for the treatment of pharyngitis, is a throat infection characterized by symptoms like sore throat, pain, or scratchiness, etc. It is caused by bacteria such as Streptococcus pyogenes.

  • Urinary Tract Infection

This medicine is used in the treatment of urinary tract infections including pyelonephritis (kidney infections) and cystitis (bladder infections) caused by bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Proteus mirabilis, Klebsiella species, coagulase-negative staphylococci, etc.

  • Skin or soft tissue infection

This medicine is used in the treatment of skin or soft tissue infections caused by bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, etc.

  • Osteomyelitis

This medicine is used in the treatment of osteomyelitis which is a bone infection caused by Staphylococcus aureus or P. mirabilis.
