Liraglutide reduces blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

·  Weight loss

Liraglutide is used in combination with a calorie-reduced diet and increased physical activity for weight management in obese patients who have at least 1 weight-related condition, i.e., hypertension, type 2 diabetes, or dyslipidemia
