Parkinson's Disease  -  used to relieve symptoms such as difficulty with body movements, restlessness, shaking of the limbs, anxiety, poor balance, etc.

Restless Legs Syndrome   -     used for the treatment of restless legs syndrome (RLS), a condition characterized by a constant urge to move the legs, especially when sitting or lying down during nighttime
